Family Law Attorney Attorney Bio Jason D. Fox is an experienced trial attorney who works diligently to protect client rights. Mr. Fox graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration. After a successful career in the financial sector, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Fox is a former prosecutor in St. Mary’s County with extensive trial experience. Before becoming a prosecutor, he represented clients in 18 different counties across Maryland, including federal court. Mr. Fox will aggressively represent you to ensure your side of the story is told. He combines a client-centered approach with years of experience negotiating high-conflict litigation to secure the best possible outcome. Currently he represents Plaintiffs and Defendants in domestic cases including divorce, custody, child support, and protective orders. Mr. Fox was born on a Naval Base in Connecticut but grew up in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. He resides in St. Mary’s County with his wife and three children. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys coaching his children in youth sports.
