Personal Injury Law Attorney Attorney Bio Teneshia Troxler is a trial attorney at Castro Law Group who focuses on personal injury. She handles auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall claims, and premises liability cases, and she has tried these cases in courts across Maryland. She came to injury work from the other side of the courtroom. Ms. Troxler spent nearly two years as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Charles County, arguing bench and jury trials in the same Waldorf and La Plata courtrooms where she now represents injured clients. That matters in a specific way. Most personal injury claims settle, and settlement value is set by what each side believes a jury would do. An attorney who has actually stood in front of a Maryland jury has a different read on that than one who has only negotiated. Insurance adjusters price files partly on whether the lawyer across the table will try the case. Ms. Troxler earned her Juris Doctor at Howard University School of Law, where she captained the Huver I. Brown Trial Team and ranked nationally in moot court competition. Trial advocacy was her focus before it was her job. Outside the practice she returns to Howard to volunteer with the moot court team, collects clothing and household goods for donation, and organizes neighborhood clean-ups. ttroxler@castrolawgroup.com (301) 241-0635 Ext. 1010
