In his career, he has tried numerous cases ranging from simple misdemeanors, complex felonies, and personal injury matters. Fred received his juris doctor degree from Western Michigan University with a concentration in Litigation. Additionally, he holds a Masters of Laws degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University, as well as a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from Morgan State University. Fred is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Maryland.
